T’AMI processes only the data needed to answer enquiries, protect the website and provide the services selected. Non-essential tools remain off until an explicit choice is made through Cookiebot.
1. Data controller
Londra 98 SNC, Via Monte Purito 3, 24020 Selvino (BG), Italy, VAT no. 03469390169, e-mail info@tamihotel.it, is the controller for the processing described here.
2. Data processed
The website processes technical navigation and security data, consent preferences stored by Cookiebot and information voluntarily entered in forms, such as name, contact details, message and stay dates. Please do not include health data or other unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to answer enquiries and take pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), meet legal duties (Art. 6(1)(c)), ensure security and defend legal rights (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, only where required, enable analytics or marketing on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Contact form and e-mail
Gravity Forms collects the fields completed by the guest and stores the enquiry in WordPress. Data is disclosed to the hotel and its e-mail delivery supplier only to deliver and manage the message. The privacy acceptance required in the form does not authorise promotional communications.
5. Bookings and external links
The booking button opens SimpleBooking. Before a click, the T’AMI website does not send data entered in the contact form to the booking engine; after it opens, that service processes data under its own notice. Google Maps, WhatsApp and social profiles also open only after the user chooses the relevant link.
6. Recipients and suppliers
Authorised hotel staff and, where necessary, suppliers providing hosting and technical support, e-mail delivery, security and consent management may access data. Cookiebot is supplied by Usercentrics/Cybot. Providers act in their respective privacy roles and, where required, as processors.
7. Retention and transfers
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer, manage the relationship and protect possible legal rights; data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised unless the law requires retention. Technical logs and consent records follow the security and accountability periods of the relevant services. Transfers outside the EEA use safeguards recognised by the GDPR.
8. Required information and automated decisions
Fields marked as required are necessary to send and manage an enquiry; without them the hotel cannot reply. The website does not use contact-form data for solely automated decisions or profiling.
9. Your rights and complaints
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing, by writing to info@tamihotel.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
10. Updates
This notice is updated when services, purposes or processing methods change. The date above identifies the current version.
